Dr. Nadim Daya, Chiropractor
Dr. Nadim Daya was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Dr. Daya completed his undergraduate degree majoring in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, and continued to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Science as well as his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Nadim Daya is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors. He is an evidence-based practitioner who adheres to strict codes of conduct, professionalism, and ethics in his practice. Dr. Daya administers various practices such as gentle spinal manipulation, activator technique, instrument assisted soft tissue technique, shockwave therapy, Thompson Drop, Trigger Point Therapy, Kinesio tape, rehabilitative and functional exercises, physical therapy, and laser therapy. Dr. Daya incorporates the latest research in the field along with previous experience to give each patient a chance to meet and achieve their health and wellness goals.
Throughout his time in school, Dr. Daya has enjoyed playing a variety of sports including ice hockey, ball hockey, soccer, and football. He has competed at an international level in the World Ball Hockey Championships in 2013 & 2015. During his free time, Dr. Daya enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, and interacting with family and friends.
Olaseni (SENI), Physiotherapist
Olaseni graduated from the University of Lagos in Nigeria with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and DPT (musculoskeletal) from the Evidence in Motion Health Professional Institute, USA. He has been actively in physiotherapy practice for 20 years and has been very diligent at keeping up to date with current treatment trends and techniques. He held licensure to practice in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Nigeria. He is licensed to practice in Alberta, Canada since 2014 with Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association. Olaseni is very passionate about his patients, and constantly seeks creative ways to assist them in their recovery and meeting their health-related goals. He is an outdoor person and loves bike riding, swimming, and traveling with family. Currently, he is learning downhill skiing and hunting also. He is married to his high school sweet heart, Anne and they have a lovely son, Joshua and are expecting a baby in the near future.
Professional philosophy: Olaseni sees himself as a coach. Helping his clients meet their goals by working together with them- directing, encouraging, sweating and cheering them on to meeting these health goals. He believes that our bodies should function without pain.
Tim Mouland, Physiotherapist
Tim is an experienced physiotherapist who is originally from Mt. Pearl, Newfoundland. He graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Physical Education in 2003. After graduating he worked as a personal trainer. He later moved to Scotland where he completed his physiotherapy training and graduated with a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2010. Tim is a registered physiotherapist with Physiotherapy Alberta College + Association and is authorized to perform spinal manipulation as well as dry needling in clinical practice. He completed courses in Anatomical acupuncture level 1 and 2 in 2012 through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. He further advanced his dry needling skills completing Functional Dry.
Needling Level 1 though KinetaCore in 2013. Tim is also a Certified Manual therapist from the Swodeam Institute of Manipulative Physical Therapy. Tim has a keen interest in sports injuries and has extensive experience assessing and treating clients with shoulder injuries. During his spare time, Tim enjoys participating in a variety of activities including snowboarding, skateboarding, dirt biking, mountain biking and camping.
Lilia Costin, REGISTERED Massage Therapist
Lilia is a high-energy massage therapist with the knowledge of a wide range of massage methods and techniques. She has a real passion for massage therapy, health, and wellness. Lilia has many years of experience with over 3000 hours, and completed 2-years Diploma of Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Programme.
Lilia specializes in therapeutic massage to help treat motor vehicle injuries, repetitive stress or strain injuries and many other conditions. Her trainings include Orthopaedic, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Movements Facilitation Technique, Hot Stone, and Postnatal and Prenatal Massage. She is certified in Cyriax fricton technique for soft tissue dysfunctions, Thai yoga table massage, raindrop therapy, and dynamic cupping and massage.
Lilia uses this knowledge to better understand how to treat her clients effectively. She loves to promote the benefits that massage therapy can provide to the clients to help them in their busy lives. In her spare time, Lilia loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys outdoor and sports activities.
Daniella Langmann, Registered Massage Therapist
Daniella understands no one approach is the right one for every individual. Her training includes a range of modalities such as Swedish Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Aromatherapy with Acupressure, post-Motor Vehicle Accident Treatments and many others.
Her educational background includes a 2202hr Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Lethbridge College. Daniella firmly believes you should not limit yourself to the amount of knowledge you can learn from others. For this reason, she continues to expand her career by learning new techniques to improve her clients’ quality of life.
In her free time Daniella likes to visit her family, cuddle up with her hairless cats and yes, they do have sweaters for every season. She also hits the gym to keep up her ongoing passion for Women Figure Competitions with hopes to return to the NPAA stage in 2020 having previously placed in 2017 she aims to achieve a higher placement than the last.
Matias is a 2200-hour RMT who graduated from Mount Royal University and is a member in good standing with the MTAA. Matias is passionate about his work and always seeks to provide his clients with exceptional service and homecare to help remedy any issues they may present with. His treatments often incorporate a variety of techniques, such as deep tissue, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques, dynamic cupping, and Swedish massage. He believes a balance of therapeutic massage and stretching is key in maintaining longevity in tissue health.
In his spare time, Matias enjoys boarding and biking with his friends through scenic Calgary and area paths and spending time with his family and friends.
