HOW IT WORKS
Refer someone you know to Legacy Chiropractic.
Have them mention your name when they book or arrive for their first appointment.
Once they complete their first paid visit, collect your $10 Tim Hortons gift card at the front desk.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Open to all active Legacy Chiropractic patients in good standing.
The referred individual must be a new patient with no prior visits to Legacy Chiropractic.
The referring patient's name must be provided at the time of booking or upon arrival.
The gift card is issued only after the new patient completes and pays for their first appointment.
Gift cards are provided in-clinic at the front desk within 7 business days of the qualifying visit.
There is no limit on the number of referrals a patient may make.
Each new patient may only be credited to one referring patient.
The reward is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Legacy Chiropractic reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.
